We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. What items do you sell?

We specialize in selling winter extreme sports apparel including but not limited to SnowGirl Sportswear (Women, Youth, and Infant Clothing), Snow Addiction (Men, Women, Youth, and Infant Clothing), and Ridehard Teez (Men, Women, Youth, and Infant Clothing), .  We also sell snowmobile memorabilia which includes Skidoo, Polaris and Arctic Collectibles and diecast toys

What are your Business Hours?
You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our normal business hours are 9am-5:00 pm Mountain Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays would be processed the next business day in order of receipt. Holidays and any "Closed for Business" days are announced on our web site home page and in our newsletter.

What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders ship in approximately 48-72 hours. In the rare event that we cannot ship within 5 business days, we will contact you. You will receive your order in 2 - 5 business days after it has shipped. Please contact us prior to placing your order for expedited shipments.

We feel it is important for the environment to recycle boxes and packaging materials whenever possible.

How are shipping costs handled?

Our shipping charges are based on packaging weight, destination, and packing fees. We do not charge a handling fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship priority mail international only so that there is adequate tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee the ship time on international packages.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Every order is appreciated.

Do you send samples?
No we do not send out any type of samples.

Do you accept returns ?

5280 Mountain Apparel offers the following Returns Policy:

Remote Control Snowmobile including but not limited to the Polaris, Arctic Cat and Skidoo snowmobiles carry a manufacturer warranty. If you experience any problems with the rc snowmobiles, you must contact Interactive Toy Concepts.  We do offer for sale replacement parts such as extra batteries, skis and transmitters.  There are no refunds on this product.

Gas Powered Remote Control Snowmobiles are non-refundable. These are non-stocking items and are Custom made snowmobiles and therefore custom made and are non refundable.  If you experience any problems there are replacement parts available.

All Clothing including but not limited to Hoodys, t-shirts and all womens clothing is  exchangeable but non-refundable.   The policy is as follows:  Contact us within 3 days after you receive the clothing item.  Customers will be required to send the item back to us, with a detailed note and a copy of their invoice.  Upon receipt of the clothing, we will send out the new item at our expense (within the 48 US States) any international packages will be reshipped at the customers expense.

For additional information, send us an email detailing the situation, and someone will get back to your within 24-48 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders requiring changes or cancellation will be accepted within 8 hours of placing your order. 

Can I change the address?
Yes. If you send us an email within 8 hours of placing your order, we will be able to change the address. If we receive it after 8 hours, we cannot guarantee that the new address will be used.

Can we pick up our order?
No. We do not have a store front in Colorado.  However, we can give you our show schedule or tell you the next time our company will be in your area. 

Do you offer a print catalog?
No. However, we are looking into developing one.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is important to us. We do not rent, share, or sell any customer contact information. Your contact information is kept confidential and will not be sold or given to any third party. Credit card information is not kept on file. We do collect email addresses. The email addresses we collect are used only to notify consumers about updates to our website, and we do not share this information with any organizations or third parties. Do you offer Wholesale Accounts?
Yes. Please send an email explaining your needs, and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Do you charge sales Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax of 6.5% on all orders.
